I started this company after several years working for others in this industry. In 2001, I decided to go out on my own as
Salvage Telecom, Inc.
The company has grown steadily over the past seven years. We are well-positioned to continue this growth. I have made
it my business to insure we are the best in this industry as far as customer satisfaction, as well as financial growth.
Of course, I didn't come this far without good employees. The majority of this labor force has been with me since I
started. Our turnover rate is very low due to high employee satisfaction. My management style has been such that each
employee knows what my thinking would be when it comes to grading material. We are constantly providing training in
safety for our employees. We are also in the process of ISO certification.
Our operating procedures are covered in the "OUR SERVICES" section of this web site. I personally approved that site
and I assure you it is truthful and accurate.
